Maiwand is a modern multi-style martial art system that promotes and teaches the important knowledge of a traditional south Asian self defence system. Maiwand Martial Arts is the governing body in United Kingdom. We provide training for young people aged 11-19 at Roundwood Youth Centre on Mondays and Fridays 6-8pm.
