Sudbury Court is a small social running club that caters for all abilities.
We meet on Tuesdays and Thursday at 7pm for a 7.20pm start.
Tuesdays are best for people who are new runners as we have a social run at a very steady pace.
As organisers of the Sudbury Court Family Fun Run in May each year, they take part in a variety of events including London Marathon London Summer League and some cross country events.
