What we ask from you
- offer a 24-month assured shorthold tenancy
- rent at the current Local Housing Allowance (LHA) rate to keep homes affordable for tenants receiving Universal Credit or Housing Benefit
- provide an option to renew the tenancy at the end of the term.
Property requirements
Before letting your property, we’ll conduct an inspection to ensure its furnished and in good condition. You will be asked to provide:
- proof of ownership
- valid CP12, gas safety, Electrical, and EPC certificates
- licensing certificates, where applicable
- management agreement with landlord, for agents
