|Information will be collected and processed in order to effectively promote, deliver, report, and monitor the delivery of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme between financial years 2020/21 and 2024/25. Information will be collected and processed in order to assess funding applications, and effectively promote, deliver, report and monitor the HAF Programme, to evidence the spending of the HAF Programme grant and the extent to which the aims and objectives of the grant have been met; to support eligible individuals to book places at approved HAF programmes; to maintain a record of providers and records regarding the delivery of the programme; and to fulfil reporting requirements to Brent Council and the Department for Education.|

Your information will be shared with the following organisations.
|Department for Education||The Department for Education (DfE) requires Local Authorities to produce and maintain a central register of all HAF funded providers, to be made available to DfE upon request. Information on programme providers will be retained for the duration of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (financial years 2020/21– 2024/25) and its subsequent reporting periods.|
|Cabinet Office (Spotlight)||Information may be shared for the purposes of conducting background due diligence checks on HAF Programme grant applicants.|
The council obtains information from the following sources.
|Applicants to HAF programme funding and approved HAF Programme providers||Data including staff name(s), key contact details, Brent funding information, organisation address, organisation type and registration details, previous HAF experience, organisation policies & procedures, organisation finance and payment details, HAF Programme project proposal delivery details and costs, will be obtained for the purposes of assessing applications for grant funding, to support the effective delivery of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme, to maintain a record of providers, to evidence the spending of the HAF Programme grant and the extent to which the aims and objectives of the grant have been met, to support eligible individuals to book places at approved HAF programmes, to fulfil monitoring and reporting requirements, and for the continued promotion of opportunities to apply for HAF Programme Funding. Information will be retained for the duration of the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (financial years 2020/21 – 2024/25) and its subsequent reporting periods.|
