Vale Farm Sports Centre is an excellent leisure facility on your doorstep. Operated by Everyone Active on our behalf, it has everything you need to enjoy an active lifestyle:
- a state-of-the-art 107-station gym and two pools where leisure swimming and award-winning lessons are held.
- over 70 group fitness classes which run every week day and evening plus weekends too.
- a big sports hall that hosts a wide range of activities including five-a-side football, badminton, gymnastics and trampolining.
- a fabulous 3G outdoor football pitch and well-tended tennis courts.
Everyone Active recommends a minimum of 30 minutes activity five days a week. (We reckon you’ll find so much to do, you’ll easily exceed that!). And when it’s time to relax, the health suite, sauna and steam room are the perfect way to unwind and reward your activity.
