As part of the regeneration of the Church End area we will be overseeing the development of 99 council homes, a newly designed Market Square and a number of shop units at the site of the Church Road car park.
The Council has recently appointed the Employers Agent and the Cost Consultant to assist with the procurement of the contractor who will build and deliver the new council homes and the new market area.
Construction works are due to start in March 2022 and are due for completion by 2024.
The improvement plans include moving Church End Market to Neasden Town Centre on a temporary basis whilst construction of the new homes and market square take place. During the construction we will work with the market traders, TfL, local business, as well as local residents and visitors to make sure we keep the market local.
