Harlesden Area Action (HAA) is a Residents’ Association for the Harlesden area. Membership is open to all residents and business owners who care about where they live or work. Our mission is to help find solutions to issues that matter most to members. These include safety, anti-social behaviour and fly-tipping. We will work in close partnership with the authorities and other community groups to ensure our collective voice is heard.
