A risk register acts as a record of information about identified risks and contains different items such as risk category, brief description, likelihood of its occurrence and the impact it may have.
The London Risk Register is a dynamic document that details the major risks across the greater London area. For the purpose of this register, a risk is a hazard that has the potential to result in a major emergency.
We use this pan-London information to create a Brent-specific Community Resilience Guide Book (.pdf, 1.54MB) detailing the main risks that could affect residents, businesses and visitors. It gives a localised picture and helps us to prioritise planning and allocation of key resources to ensure we are resilient to our most severe and/or common risks.
