As part of the Homelessness Reduction Act, public authorities and agencies must notify us if they are working with someone who is facing homelessness or is already homeless.
You must have the person’s consent before referring them to us, and their consent for us to contact them.
How to refer
If you are a public authority or agency, please complete the application form to make a referral. We will make contact with the individual that you have referred within five working days.
