Our ways of working
We focus on outcomes and impact of our work through giving priority in how we work with children and families, and with each other. We are working to deliver evidence based services and foster innovation and creativity.
We use evidence-based methodologies to inform our work. The Brent Practice Framework is systemic, relationship-based and trauma-informed. We are currently developing our anti-racist practice and incorporating this into our practice framework. The Brent Practice Framework continues to be developed with staff – making it an exciting time to join Brent.
