The person
Key Responsibilities:
Whole-School Leadership
- Support the Head of School in the day-to-day leadership and management of the school
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan
- Lead on raising standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across a primary curriculum
- Use data strategically to monitor progress and drive improvement for all pupils
- Line manage staff and contribute to performance management and professional development
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and aspirational school culture rooted in high expectations
- Deputise for the Head of School when required
About You
- The successful applicant will have senior leadership experience within a large school setting, a proven ability to manage complex logistics, and a clear commitment to safeguarding and the wider life of the school.
- Who is highly organised, approachable and a values driven leader.
- Has excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of how operational excellence supports the schools strategic vision & values.
- Has a proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils, particularly vulnerable groups in a primary setting.
- Has the ability to inspire, develop, and support staff to deliver exceptional Teaching and Learning.
- Is passionate about raising standards in education and has strong leadership experience.
