The Freeman Family Centre is a state of the art building provides a safe, creative, stimulating home from home environment where children and families are offered opportunities for growth and development as they achieve positive outcomes in their lives. We work with families and children from birth to 18 years. The service is commissioned by Brent Council to carry out family support and intervention and all referrals must come via the Social Care department.
