The Brent Stop Tobacco Service is free, confidential and available to Brent residents, people registered with a Brent GP, and those who work or study in the borough. We support anyone who uses tobacco, including cigarettes, chewing tobacco and shisha, to quit.
You can refer yourself for support, or be referred by a health or social care professional.

You can also access free stop smoking support through participating community pharmacies in Brent. The service includes personalised support from trained pharmacy staff and free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), where appropriate.

Brent residents can download and register for the The Smoke Free App for London free of charge to access premium features.
The offer includes:
- access to behavioural support 24/7
- weekly check-ins by a stop smoking advisor
- up to 12 weeks supply of your chosen vape and/or nicotine replacement products and arrange delivery to your home within 48 hours
The app also features a comprehensive range of tools as standard, including:
- community chats group to connect with other app users (moderated by stop smoking advisors)
- engaging stop smoking missions
- realtime progress indicators
- craving tips and feedback about triggers
The app is available to download on both the Apple Store and on Google Play. Once downloaded, you will be able to enter your details and start your journey to becoming smokefree.
