We are a forum set up in 2004 for Catalyst Housing residents who are over 60. We offer activities for all older people living in Brent. We organise day trips to seaside, week-long holidays, Christmas parties, exercise classes, and coffee mornings. We also organise monthly meetings so members can decide on what activities to hold in the future and guest speakers can talk about health issues. We meet on the last Wednesday of the month 2-4pm at the Unity Centre.
Planned system maintenance
