Equinox Care

Supported accommodation for people with mental ill health. We assist our clients to move on to greater levels of independence. We work with health and local authorities to assist our service users in their recovery. We assist individuals to develop the necessary life skills to lead a fulfilled life in the community, with the minimum professional assistance. All service users come via the Park Royal Centre for Mental Health or the Brent Community Mental Health teams. The Equinox Brent Step Down Service has the following accommodation on offer: 24 hour staffed 6 bed room hostel with shared facilities (in Willesden area); 2 bedroom flat with access to 24 hour support. This unit is suitable for friends and couples to live independently but with support (in Willesden area); 5 bed hostel with some staff support 7 days a week (9 hours per day) with phone access to the staff at the 24 hour hostel (in Kingsbury).
