We promote equality, diversity and harmony among the local deaf and hearing communities so there is a sense of ownership and to ensure we work together to become a stronger. Members of all ages and faiths meet in an informal and relaxed social environment. We are open to all deaf and hearing people and their families from across the ethnic and religious community. We organise a range of social and educational events as well as providing help and support for our members. Importantly, we act as a lobbying and liaison group to ensure that deaf people can access local and national services.
