Hoffmann Foundation for Autism is a registered charity providing a range of specialist services to adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition. We ensure that the people we support receive an individualised service, which will assist them in living a life that is more meaningful to them. Set in the heart of residential Wembley, Castleton Avenue is a six bedroom residential home which has provides 24 hour support for service users with autism.
