The Kilburn Neighbourhood Plan Forum was conceived in 2014 as a way of bringing the whole Kilburn community together, to identify common goals and ambitions. A Steering Group of 25-30, meets every 2-3 weeks and brings together a broad range of local Residents Associations, Community Action Groups, former local Councillors, local historians and other residents with relevant skills to contribute. This steering group is guiding the process towards formal designation. It has elected key Officers including two Co-Chairs, and adopted draft Terms of Reference. There is also a Broader Support Group, comprising individuals or local Groups with an interest in contributing to the current communication process and then to the discussion on the Plan content.
