Mental health challenges affect about 1 in 5 children and young people. They include depression, anxiety and challenging behaviour, and are often a direct response to what is happening in their lives. Evidence shows that across the UK, mental health challenges in young people are increasing.
We work to support those with mental health needs in their recovery through a personalised approach focused on wellbeing, resilience and independence. We also provide services through outreach work in the community including group and one to one sessions at our hub in Harlesden.
