We are an award-winning social enterprise providing exercise and nutritional therapy for people who have become socially-isolated as a result of poor physical- or mental health. Our service is particularly suited to those who cannot/would not attend a community exercise class, sporting activity or a local gym independently, whether this is due to limited mobility, a disabling health condition, low self-esteem, transportation issues, caring responsibilities or any other reason. All home-based exercise sessions last for one hour and we bring our own equipment with us for your exclusive use. Nutritional Therapy consultations last 45 minutes. As part of our service, we also provide accompanied visits outdoors to help you access other services/activities that can also benefit your health. We offer FREE one hour consultations at a location convenient to you as a way to help you decide whether our service is right for you.
The Turning Point is currently closed
Until further notice, Brent's Homelessness service will be operating from The Civic Centre. This is a temporary change due to operational issues at the Turning Point building. If you need housing support, please contact singlehomelessnesstls@brent.gov.uk in the first instance. A member of our team will arrange for an officer to call you to complete an assessment.
If you cannot make your own arrangements, you may attend the Civic Centre directly. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
