QPARA was set up over 40 years ago by local residents as an entirely voluntary organisation keen to preserve the integrity of the conservation area. QPARA has headed up and contributed to many community initiatives including Queen's Park Day, campaigning for lifts at our local tube station and ensuring the area remains lush and green by working with the park and the team based there.
