Romanian Women in UK is a London based NGO working in aid of the welfare of Romanian women and their families through dedicated services, seminars, meeting, community events and providing representation for authorities in both the UK and Romania. We support and promote women of various cultural backgrounds through a wide array of services, with an aim to inspire and determine them to accomplish their very best on both a personal and professional level, in specific areas of interest: personal development, education and business. This includes personal development, social, educational and economic integration, entrepreneurships and business as well as preventing social isolation and challenging discrimination. We also publish a magazine / newspaper dedicated to women.
The Turning Point is currently closed
Until further notice, Brent's Homelessness service will be operating from The Civic Centre. This is a temporary change due to operational issues at the Turning Point building. If you need housing support, please contact singlehomelessnesstls@brent.gov.uk in the first instance. A member of our team will arrange for an officer to call you to complete an assessment.
If you cannot make your own arrangements, you may attend the Civic Centre directly. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
