St Christophers Fellowship is one of the leading providers of children and young people in the voluntary sector. We provide a variety of service across England and the isle of Man. Our West London transition service for young people who are over 16, offers accommodation and support to vulnerable young people moving towards living independently including care leavers and homeless young people.
