The Raunchy Rockers' Experience

We are a user led group who use the power of music and movement and having a cuppa (with extras) to maintain and improve our quality of life. Its having fun in a safe, friendly and caring environment which is an excellent de-stressor. It is particularly helpful if you sometimes feel you cannot cope with a full on movement class, but would like some company. Drop in anytime 11am-12noon to move and groove and have fun or 12noon- 1pm to have and chat and a bite to eat.
