Residents association formed May 2016 serving the residents of Forum House and Quadrant Court. Our committee meets every six weeks to look at how we can increase our sense of belonging to a community, represent the needs and views of residents on building management issues, inform about landlord and tenant legislation and look at local planning issues. We also hold up to three public meetings a year, which are open to all residents.
