The information you provide in this form will be shared with Council staff and contractors or more widely in the event of an incident. CCTV images shall be retained for 30 days, or in the event of an incident requiring further investigation for no longer than 3 years after creation and shall be processed in adherence to your legal rights, including but not limited to the right to withdraw consent, right to copies of your information and right to be forgotten.
