Dog mess

Dog mess is unpleasant and a health hazard. By law, owners must clean up after their dog if it fouls in a public place.

If you see someone not cleaning up after their dog, report it to us in confidence.

We welcome our residents to report issues via Fix My Street, helping us improve things around the borough. When reporting issues via Fix My Street, please use considerate and respectful language. If any inappropriate or offensive language is used, we may need to refer it to the relevant authorities.

Dog waste stations

We are trialling dog waste stations which contain biodegradable bags for those rare occasions when a sensible owner leaves their bag at home.
