• Check the Hub opening times
• Check whether tickets are issued on arrival
• Allow enough time for your visit

What to expect when you arrive

Some Hubs may operate differently depending on demand and service type.

When you arrive, you may find:

• A ticket system for managing queues (applies to the Kilburn and Kingsbury Hubs)
• A check-in process at reception
• Waiting areas where you’ll be called when it’s your turn
• Variable waiting times depending on how busy it is

Staff will be on hand to guide you through the process and help you get to the right service.

Accessibility support

We want all visitors to be able to access our services comfortably.

At our Hubs, you can expect:

• Step-free access at most locations
• Help on arrival if you need assistance
• Support with forms or information
• Interpretation or translation support where needed
• Hearing assistance systems in some locations

If you have specific access needs, staff will support you when you arrive.
