Getting involved and shaping the services you receive.
The council housing management service has a range of options for you or members of your household to get involved and shape the services that you receive.
This includes:
- surveys
- attending focus groups
- joining or setting up a resident association for you block or estate
- taking part in estate walkabouts with officers from the Council
- becoming a block champion
- working as a group to scrutinise a service we deliver to make recommendations for improvements
- being a mystery shopper
- joining one of our panels – young tenant panel (for tenants or household members between 18 – 25), home ownership pane (for leaseholders)
If you would like to register to be an involved tenant or leaseholder, please email HousingFeedback@brent.gov.uk or call 020 8937 2400 and ask to speak to the Housing Engagement Team.
We want the voices of tenants and leaseholders to represent Brent's' communities, our sessions are inclusive and accessible by default but if there is a request you would like to make contact the team directly.
For tenants and leaseholders who get involved, we have an incentives and rewards policy which sets out how we recognise the time you have volunteered.
