If we find a match you can buy a 3, 6, 12 or 24 month permit and visitor vouchers.
If we can’t find a match, which sometimes happens, you can still buy a temporary 1 month permit and up to 30 visitor vouchers. We will also email you to let you know which documents you should send us to confirm your residency in Brent.
The 1 month permit cannot be renewed. Please submit your documents to confirm your residency as soon as possible.
For more information on documents please go to the ‘What documents do I need to send in as proof and where do I send them’ section on this page.

If you don’t already have an online account, there are two ways to create it.
1. You can create your account and buy a permit from us at the same time. Go to your online parking account, select ‘New permit application’ from the right side menu and run through the buying a permit process. See the 'Buy a resident permit' section on this page for more help.
2. If you don’t want to buy a permit now, or you just want to buy visitor vouchers you can create your account by going to your online parking account and selecting the 'New customer registration’ link on the right side menu.

We recommend that you enter your mobile phone number into the ‘Telephone Number’ field. This means that you will be able to book visitor parking using an automated telephone service. Please see the ‘Use visitor vouchers to book parking for visitors’ section on this page for help.
When you login to your online parking account you will not see a renewals tab.
Instead please create a 'New permit application' from the right side menu and make sure the start date is after the expiry date of the old permit.
Please note that if you renew and there is any overlap with the dates of your existing permit the system recognises it as a second or third permit, and you will be charged a higher rate.
Resident renewals are not subject to another electronic residency check.
