Pay your PCN

Pay your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

There is no requirement for you to make a payment if you want to challenge the PCN.

You will need your PCN reference number, starting with ‘BT’ and the vehicle registration number to pay for your PCN online, on the phone or by post.

Before you start

Please allow 24 hours from the time of issue of the PCN before making payment.
We accept; credit or debit cards only.
The amount you owe will not be shown if your vehicle has been taken to our car pound or your case has been passed to our debt recovery company.

The easiest way to make payment is online via our safe and secure payment portal. An online receipt will also be provided for your records.

If you would prefer to pay by phone then you can call our automated telephone payment line on 020 8099 0700 and follow the instructions.

Complete the form on the PCN and send with a cheque to:

PO Box 210,
Sheffield S98 1NE

Your name, address, vehicle registration number and PCN number must be written on the back of the cheque.

Cheques should be made payable to 'London Borough of Brent'. Do not send cash through the post.
