Raising a complaint
We will always try to resolve your issue at the first point of contact. If that’s not possible, you can raise a formal complaint and confirm that you are happy with us taking this route.

Need help or support?
If you need help making a complaint, someone else can do it on your behalf, as long as they have your permission. This could be a friend, relative, councillor, MP, solicitor, or someone from Citizens Advice.
