Our 'Cleaner Brent app', 'Find your collection day', 'Report a missed collection', 'Order a new bin', 'Get a special collection' 'Garden waste service sign up' and 'Report fly-tipping' forms are down for maintenance between 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday 1 December 2015. We're sorry for the inconvenience. 

Garden waste collection

If you have signed up to the garden waste service please note that from Monday 30 November until the end of February, your garden waste will be collected once a month rather than every two weeks.

North Circular Road delays

It may take us longer to complete collections of recycling, food waste, general waste and bulky waste due to to heavy traffic as a result of works being carried out on the North Circular Road between September and December 2015.


Please keep your bins at the edge of your property at all times (without blocking access) in case of any delay in emptying your bins.


Please note that if we have a record that your bin was not presented correctly on the day of collection; we will not return to collect it until your next scheduled collection day.
